Large undulating greens guarded by grass mounding and strategically placed bunkers, provide a fair test and an enjoyable round of golf for players of all skill levels. The course has been praised for its beautiful scenery, challenging layout, and welcoming atmosphere. The course is located in a tract of dense woodland and winds through stands of live oak trees and Georgia pines. Water hazards come into play on all but two holes, and the par 5, 18th hole is a particular highlight.
