Red Rock Casino and Red Rock CC and Arroyo Golf Club Two Arnold Palmer Signature Courses
Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa is a contemporary desert retreat with an intimate boutique feel. Opened in April of 2006, the fresh, contemporary, desert-modern architecture at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa is the pinnacle of Station Casinos, Inc.’s, luxury resorts. Every detail, from the 3.1 million pieces of crystals in the colossal chandeliers to the miles of onyx adorning the walls, is a blend of warmth and contemporary design. Rich reds, golds and browns, inspired by the nearby Red Rock Mountains, are the foundation of the color palette, and the finest materials, from the Venetian plaster walls to the gold-leafed ceilings, convey a feeling of comfortable elegance.
There are more than 800 rooms and suites at the Resort and with rooms starting at 525 square feet they are some of the largest and most lavish in Las Vegas. A separate hotel entrance allows guests to conveniently access their rooms without having to cross the casino floor. Featuring a chic, ultra-modern look and designed with only the finest materials, the guest rooms and suites at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa offer complete sanctuary. Exotic woods, marble, crystal and sumptuous fabrics adorn each room which offer spectacular views of either the Las Vegas Strip or the Red Rock mountains. Each room features deluxe amenities, including: Egyptian cotton linens, feather down duvets and down pillows, 42-inch high-definition plasma TV, Bose sound system with iPod connectivity and High-speed data jacks. The marble bathroom features a deep soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks and a 15-inch LCD TV.
The resort features many entertainment options on property. There’s shopping, a 16-screen movie theatre and Red Rock Lanes, a 72-lane, luxury, state-of-the-art bowling center that opened in 2007. The casino features 3,200 slot/video poker machines, 62 table games, race and sports book with 96-foot video wall, poker room, private high-limit room and Keno lounge. Red Rock Resort features the Cherry Nightclub and numerous bars and lounges including Rocks Lounge which offers free live entertainment, Onyx Bar, a high-end martini bar, Sand Bar and Lucky Bar.
The centerpiece of Red Rock Resort is the backyard pool area, which can be seen from every vantage point within the property. Situated on four acres, the backyard offers a main pool with an interactive fountain, a private pool area, cabanas, wading pools, an exciting poolside gaming environment featuring blackjack tables, a café and poolside beverage service. To beat the Las Vegas heat, complimentary refreshers, such as popsicles and frozen grapes, are served to guests throughout the day. Finding a spot to relax in the pool area is never a problem with plenty of lounge chairs, cabanas and “cabeds” available to guests.
Savor resort dining at one of Red Rock’s ten mouthwatering restaurants. Each restaurant exudes its own distinctive decor and electric atmosphere and most also offer outdoor patio seating. Among the dining options are: T-bones Chophouse and Lounge, an upscale steakhouse featuring oversized dry-aged prime steaks, signature bone-in meats, fresh fish and an extensive wine list; Terra Rossa Italian Restaurant which serves authentic Italian foods such as homemade pastas, wood fired pizzas, fresh fish antipasto; Salt Lick BBQ, Texas’ world famous BBQ restaurant; Cabo Cantina which features authentic Mexican Baja foods; Hachi, a contemporary Japanese restaurant.
The 25,000 square-foot Spa at Red Rock Las Vegas offers a sleek, ultra-modern retreat that promotes health, relaxation and rejuvenation. ARROYO GOLF CLUB
Rolling fairways, dramatic water features and multi-tiered greens characterize the 7001-yard, par-72 Private Mountain Course and the 6883-yard, par-72 Public Arroyo Course at Red Rock Country Club. With a minimum of five tee placements per hole, players of all levels enjoy a challenging and exhilarating world-class golfing experience.
The Arroyo Arnold Palmer Course, located at Red Rock Country Club, is located in the Master Planned Community of Summerlin in Las Vegas. The Arroyo golf course ribbons seamlessly through the rugged terrain and is nestled between the spectacular landscapes of Red Rock Canyon, one of Las Vegas’ most revered natural landmarks. Panoramic views of the Las Vegas cityscape are stunning from the Arroyo’s hole #7.
The public Arroyo course is actually composed of six new holes created in 2003; the rest of Arroyo borrows 12 holes from the 27-hole Mountain Course. Aside from the scenic vistas provided by the canyon and mountains, players will enjoy the down-to-earth feel of the course provided by the beautiful homes and immaculate lawns of Red Rock that sit in the background.
The par-72 Arroyo provides an easygoing and relaxing game that corresponds well with its views. Water features and bunkers – almost 100 of them – are scattered throughout the course, but many of them don’t pose a real obstacle and are there more for show than anything else. The bent grass greens are lush and spacious, and holes are significantly shorter than other Vegas courses – Arroyo plays 6,857 yards. Moreover, an unusually wide variety of tees, five on each hole, make the course particularly attractive to beginners.
